Our largest venue, the Geronimo Conference Center, can be divided into two spaces and offers outdoor covered seating for receptions and breaks. The classic lodge décor features a stone fireplace, open-beamed ceiling, and an exquisite wall of windows.

Guests mingling outside will enjoy views of Tubac’s signature par-three ninth hole and its beautiful island green against the silhouette of mountains in the distance. The Geronimo deck is an all-weather covered exterior space featuring temperature regulating heaters, fans and curtains.

Our Apache Private Room is located next to Stables Ranch Grille, our on-site restaurant, and offers a versatile and intimate meeting space with scenic views of our rolling greens. Guests love the airy ambiance and the rustic vibe of the room. It’s an ideal setup for smaller gatherings that can extend onto the outdoor covered patio for bigger groups.

Attached to our Apache Private Room is a delightful covered patio perfect for alfresco cocktails, dining, banquets, receptions, and more. Host your intimate event on the patio for picturesque views of our lush fairways or utilize both the private room and patio for larger gatherings.

The Tack Room is an elegant, exclusive, and very private venue space for elevated events. This room is ideal for intimate dinners, break-out rooms, and board meetings. Allow our talented staff to help you plan a seamless event in the Tack Room.

The Otero Boardroom is the perfect place to host an executive board of directors meeting or a small business meeting. The space features two large meeting rooms with Southwestern touches, natural light, along with sweeping mountain views.
