Sales Coordinator
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team and the general manager in the resort’s efforts to generate business, promote service, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is key to ensuring communication between the sales team and clients, as well as the other departments at the resort helping to drive sales, ultimately aiming to enhance and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities/Duties Include, not limited to:
Proficient computer skills – Word and Excel
Learn and become efficient in Cater Ease system to assist sales staff
Send thank you letters to clients
Assist with special events on property as needed
Assist with site inspections as needed
Create group resumes and event schedules weekly for overall staff
Office supply orders
Skills:
Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients, members, answering questions and resolving issues as needed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external guests
Become efficient in working in the Room Master system
Comprehensive understanding of sales contracts, Banquet Event Order production, and distribution
Maintain a filing system for contracts, client communications, and sales documentation
Strong communication (bi-lingual is a bonus) and organizational skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure, meet and manage deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Represents the resort positively and effectively
Working Conditions/Schedule:
This is a part-time position. The work schedule will vary depending on the demands of business.
Golf Outside Guest Services
Job Summary
Reports to: Head Golf Professional
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staging carts for daily play and tournaments
- Greeting customers and assisting them loading golf bags on carts as needed.
- Cleaning, washing and detailing golf car fleet.
- Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
- Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.
- Starting golfers, managing tee sheet
- Acting as Golf Course Ranger when needed.
- Assist with golf shop personnel as needed.
- Other duties as directed and needed.
Primary requirements:
- Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds-on occasion.
- Able to multi-task as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and or holiday’s.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of golf or previous experience.
- Able to work in a quick pace environment.
Compensation:
- Minimum wage plus tips.

Server/Bartender
Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver drink order, opens and serves wine, provides an overview of the menu, and explain specials.
- Answer any questions regarding menu items and ingredients. Take and deliver order in a promptly manner.
- Serves alcohol to Guests following state and local liquor laws. Must meet the local legal requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must have basic liquor and wine knowledge.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guests needs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work an 8 hours shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must have 1-2 years of serving experience.
- Help maintain a clean environment for guests and coworkers.
- Complete all closing, cleaning, and maintenance duties as directed by manager to prepare for the next shift.
- Assist all other Staff Members as needed.
- Must come to work on time, dressed in uniform and ready to work.
- Must have the ability to work all shifts and weekends.

Banquet Server
Job description
We are looking for banquet servers to provide exceptional service to our group guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up the banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager to include linen, service ware and glassware.
- Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage in order and to the expectation of the Banquets Manager to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
In addition to performance of key responsibilities, this position may be required to possess a combination of the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware.
- Require good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must be able to push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis.
- Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time.

Spray Technician
We are looking for an applicator to apply pesticides and fertilizers on the golf course and hotel grounds. This position reports to the Golf Course Superintendent and the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. –
- This is a full time hourly position.
- Hourly wage is $17-$20 hourly depending on experience
- Needs to currently have either AZDA PUG license or OPM Certified Applicator license
