Día de los Muertos ofrenda at Tubac
For Día de los Muertos, our team at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa has built an ofrenda for guests and visitors to see. Denisse Virgen led the build together with our food and beverage crew.
The altar stands in the hallway next to the gift shop and is part of the 13th annual Santa Cruz County Día de los Muertos Altar Tour, organized by the Nogales Chamber. An interactive map of the tour is available at visitnogalesaz.com/dia-de-los-muertos.
Take a quiet moment with it on the way to Stables Ranch Grille or after a round on the course.
On display Saturday, October 24 through Monday, November 9, 2026, in the hallway next to the gift shop. The Altar Tour runs October 28 through November 3.

Wines for Thanksgiving tasting at Stables
On the first Tuesday in November, the monthly wine tasting at Stables Ranch Grille turns toward the Thanksgiving table. Sommelier Arielle De Soucey has chosen three wines with the season’s meals in mind.
The pour begins with a Dr. Konstantin Frank Dry Riesling from New York, new to the Stables list, followed by Benton Lane Pinot Noir and Fabre Montmayou Cabernet Franc Reserve. Chef de cuisine Brandon Woodhall and the kitchen are putting together a small tasting menu to go alongside.
Stables sits at the center of Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, an easy place to settle in after a round or before dinner as the evening cools.

Thanksgiving At Stables Ranch Grille
Spend Thanksgiving at Stables Ranch Grille. The buffet runs from noon to 7 pm, with a carving station, a seafood display and seasonal sides, plus a dessert table to finish. Brunch is served from 7 am to noon, and the bar and kids menu are available all day.
