Golf Outside Guest Services
Job Summary
Reports to: Head Golf Professional
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staging carts for daily play and tournaments
- Greeting customers and assisting them loading golf bags on carts as needed.
- Cleaning, washing and detailing golf car fleet.
- Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
- Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.
- Starting golfers, managing tee sheet
- Acting as Golf Course Ranger when needed.
- Assist with golf shop personnel as needed.
- Other duties as directed and needed.
Primary requirements:
- Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds-on occasion.
- Able to multi-task as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and or holiday’s.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of golf or previous experience.
- Able to work in a quick pace environment.
Compensation:
- Minimum wage plus tips.

Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver drink order, opens and serves wine, provides an overview of the menu, and explain specials.
- Answer any questions regarding menu items and ingredients. Take and deliver order in a promptly manner.
- Serves alcohol to Guests following state and local liquor laws. Must meet the local legal requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must have basic liquor and wine knowledge.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guests needs.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work an 8 hours shift. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must have 1-2 years of serving experience.

Banquet Server
Job description
We are looking for banquet servers to provide exceptional service to our group guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up the banquet room as instructed by the Banquets Manager to include linen, service ware and glassware.
- Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Serve the food and/or beverage in order and to the expectation of the Banquets Manager to ensure consistency in the order throughout the banquet. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
In addition to performance of key responsibilities, this position may be required to possess a combination of the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware.
- Require good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must be able to push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis.
- Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time.

Housekeeping
About the Role
As a Housekeeper at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our guest rooms and common areas. From preparing rooms for arriving guests to servicing occupied rooms and responding to special requests, your work directly shapes the impression our guests take home.
What You’ll Do
- Supply guest rooms with all amenities, toiletries, and linens
- Clean rooms thoroughly after guest departure and provide service for occupied rooms
- Sanitize bathrooms including shower, tub, sinks, and toilet
- Change bed linens in checkout rooms and make beds in occupied rooms
- Clean all windows, mirrors, dust furniture and blinds
- Vacuum area rugs, clean behind furniture and under seat cushions, sweep and mop tile floors
- Clean refrigerators in rooms after every guest departure
- Sweep front and back porches; clean porch lights
- Maintain, clean, and restock your housekeeping cart with sheets, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure every room is clean and all in-room fixtures are in proper working order
- Report and properly turn in all lost and found items
- Greet all guests warmly throughout your shift
- Report safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies promptly
- Clean and maintain all equipment used during your shift
- Work collaboratively within the housekeeping team and across other departments
Physical Requirements
This role involves physical activity throughout your shift. You must be able to:
- Push a housekeeping cart weighing up to 25 lbs
- Stand, bend, and move continuously for extended periods
- Perform repetitive cleaning motions including scrubbing and lifting
