Housekeeping Lead
- Inspect rooms, maintaining Hermosa standards
- Assign and monitor arrivals and departures daily
- Update room status in property management system
- Provide hands on support for housekeeping team
- Clean rooms as needed
- Sort, wash, dry and fold linen
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public areas
- Train housekeepers as needed
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management
- Minimum 1 year experience as housekeeping lead or supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests
- Basic computer skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight
- This a physically demanding job. Much of your shift will be spent in and out of rooms and public spaces, in all types of weather.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes holidays, weekends, as the business dictates

Group Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for actively soliciting, prospecting, qualifying, and securing group business to meet and/or exceed the hotel’s budgeted group room and banquet revenue goals. This position manages inquiries, conducts sales calls and site inspections, and develops strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
