Harvest Dinner
Five plated courses, each paired with a wine or spirit made in southern Arizona: Deep Sky, Dos Cabezas, Callaghan Vineyards, Los Milics, and Whiskey Del Bac. Between courses, historian Alex La Pierre of Borderlandia traces the Basque families who shaped this borderland long before Arizona was American.
