Clubhouse Ballroom

Our Clubhouse Patio offers expansive views of the golf course and red rocks. It’s directly connected to the Clubhouse ballroom and adjacent to the Clubhouse lawn making it perfect for your guests to spread out and enjoy.

Clubhouse Lawn

The Clubhouse Lawn is elevated above the Village of Oak Creek and has amazing views of the famed red rocks of Sedona. It’s nestled between stands of juniper trees and an ever-cascading babbling brook. Just steps away is our restaurant with a full bar, incredible patio views and floor to ceiling windows.

3-hour event during normal business hours. Includes 1-hour setup prior to the event. Reserved space in the indoor dining area or on the patio. Acoustic music allowed. Accommodates up to 50 guests. Tables, linens, chairs, and staff are included. Setup and cleanup services provided.

Our Bell Rock Event Package offers a 3-hour time block outside of normal business hours, with 1.5 hours of access before the event to allow for setup. Enjoy exclusive use of our dining and patio spaces, with amplified or acoustical music allowed to set the mood. This package accommodates up to 120 guests and includes tables, house linens, and chairs. We also provide full staffing, setup, and cleanup to ensure a smooth and memorable event.
